Triple Your Productivity – And Get More Done

If you want to make it big online, you’re going to need to put in the time and also know how to manage yourself better. If you use your time ineffectively, your results will be less than you might hope for. Let me show you how to triple your productivity by taking advantage of these 5 tips.

1. Use Software To Help Manage Your Time

There is now a ton of time management software on the market. Some is excellent, while others end up wasting more time than you had in the first place. A good software to help structure your time is Clocking It, which you can get at This time management software has helped a lot of people to be more productive in both the short and long term. By the way, it’s free.

2. Set Micro Goals On A Daily Basis

It’s easy to set big goals, but how to know what part of a goal to focus on? When you have a big task in front of you, the only way to tackle it is in small chunks. So you will need to break down large tasks into small daily micro goals. This will stop you from getting completely overwhelmed and will help you to chip away at the task in a far more effective (and relaxed) manner.

One way I use this technique is by starting with a large goal such as a new website. I list out each section that the website will need, followed by the pages that each section will contain. Then I dig even deeper to list out the individual elements of each page. Of course, many pages will have common elements, but by listing out page by page, I can focus on one micro goal at a time.

3. Stop Obsessively Checking Your Email

Email is a huge interruption and can stop you from being highly effective. This is especially true if you have friends that send you crazy random junk.

So stop checking your email every five minutes and instead limit it to a few key times per day.

Schedule time slots just for email like you would with any other project and hold yourself to it!

4. Do The Task You Dread First

Procrastinating on a task can be the production killer. If there is something that you are absolutely dreading or just can’t get excited about doing, the best time to do it is first thing. If you decide to keep putting it off and leave it towards the end of the day, you will either put it off again until the next day or end up doing a poor job at it.

Always get the hardest, most pressing and difficult tasks completed as early in the day as possible and the rest of your day, and your productivity, will flow!

5. Learn To Outsource

If you always have way too much on your plate, why not outsource it to someone else and free up your time? Outsourcing can work absolute wonders in your business and help give you a major boost in productivity.

There are different ways to outsource, such as purchasing templates instead of creating new designs from scratch or hiring a designer instead of doing the design yourself. You can hire people to do almost anything that you can imagine, answer emails, product support, writing and content generation, etc. You can also subscribe to services that take care of specific tasks for you on a monthly basis, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
